This Personal Data is stored using Firebase, a platform provided by Google, with servers located in the United States. Firebase may process and store Your data in facilities maintained by Google or its agents worldwide, in compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks (DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service to ensure its functionality and improve Your experience.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. For non-registered users, Usage Data is anonymized where possible to protect Your privacy.

Google Analytics for Firebase

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze how You interact with Our Service, measure app performance, and optimize user experience. Google Analytics for Firebase collects data such as app-instance identifiers (a randomly generated number identifying a unique app installation), device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID or iOS Advertising Identifier), cookies, and events like app opens or in-app actions. Google Analytics for Firebase may use first-party and third-party cookies or similar technologies to track user interactions. Firebase Cloud Storage

We use Firebase Cloud Storage to store user-generated content, such as images, audio, or videos, that You may upload through Our Service. This content may include Personal Data, such as profile pictures or documents, which is stored securely in Google Cloud Storage buckets located in the United States. Firebase Cloud Storage integrates with Firebase Authentication to ensure that only authorized users can access or upload files, and We use Firebase Security Rules to control access to Your data.

Data stored in Firebase Cloud Storage is processed in compliance with Google’s security standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 certifications. Stripe Payment Processing

We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle payments for Our Service. When You make a payment, Stripe collects and processes payment information, such as credit or debit card details, billing address, and transaction details, to complete the transaction. We do not store Your payment card information on Our servers; it is securely handled by Stripe.

Stripe may also collect additional information, such as Your IP address or device information, for fraud prevention and compliance with legal requirements. By using Our Service to make payments, You agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will also retain Usage Data, including data collected via Google Analytics for Firebase, for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. Google Analytics for Firebase data retention is set to a maximum of 14 months, unless otherwise specified.

Data stored in Firebase Cloud Storage is retained as long as necessary to provide the Service or until You request deletion, subject to Our legal obligations. Payment data processed by Stripe is retained in accordance with Stripe’s retention policies, typically for as long as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. For example, data stored in Firebase and processed by Google Analytics for Firebase is primarily stored in the United States but may be processed in other Google facilities worldwide. Similarly, payment data processed by Stripe may be transferred to Stripe’s servers in the United States or other jurisdictions where Stripe operates.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of Your data and other personal information.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You, including data stored in Firebase Cloud Storage, collected by Google Analytics for Firebase, or processed by Stripe.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if You have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows You to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us, including requesting deletion of Analytics data via the Google Analytics User Deletion API or payment data via Stripe’s data deletion processes.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers, including from Firebase Cloud Storage, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Stripe.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
